One of the most frequently asked questions is what should I be feeding my Bearded Dragon? Below is a list of safe vegetables and fruits you should feed in addition to Dubia Roaches, Crickets, Mealworms, Hornworms and Superworms, Phoenix Worms, Silkworms, Butter Worms. Mealworms should be fed as part of a varied diet but on rare occasion due to their thicker shell. All foods should be cut into smaller pieces before serving.

The following can be fed on a daily basis.

  • Arugula
  • Dandelion Greens
  • Acorn Squash
  • Butternut Squash
  • Collard Greens
  • Endive
  • Alfalfa Sprouts
  • Cactus pads
  • Mustard Greens
  • Spaghetti Squash
  • Yellow Squash
  • Turnip Greens

The following can be fed occasionally

  • Artichoke Heart
